Did you attend Boo Bash 2025? If you did, you know, this event was lit... lit like a carved pumpkin with a strobe light  inside! Plenty of people all day and night. Plenty of spooky energy. Plenty of fun and positivity.

 

Use the form below to submit your application to be a vendor at the 2026 Oshawa Halloween Boo Bash: King Street Kreepshow. Please note, submitting an application does not guarantee you a vendor spot. Our team of vendor specialists will be reviewing all applications carefully and will contact you once you have been approved. Registration for Boo Bash 2026 is on a first-come-first-served basis. If you don't make it onto the vendor list, you'll be placed on our waiting list.

Some important things to know before applying:

​

  • Event happens rain or shine on Saturday, October 17 in downtown Oshawa (King Street, between Simcoe Street and Mary Street)

  • Vendors are expected to stay open for business from 1 PM (event start) until 9:30 PM

  • Sunset on this date will be around 6:45 PM. We recommend bringing batter-powered light(s) to ensure your products can be seen well for the last couple of hours of event (6:45 PM - 9:30 PM)

  • Vendor load-in will happen from 10 AM - 12:00 PM at designated load-in areas to be provided at a later date closer to the event. Once loaded in, you'll need to move your vehicle(s) to any available street parking or nearby parking garage. You should be set-up and ready for guests no later than 12:30 pm.

  • No tents, tables or chairs will be provided. Please bring your own.

  • Be sure to consider wind! Sandbags are a great solution.

  • We highly suggest bringing a dolly

  • VERY IMPORTANT. Please ensure you bring garbage bags to police your own garbage. We will be providing a garbage bin at the end of the night for garbage bags ONLY. No wood, cardboard, or any other non-garbage bagged items.

What are you selling/Promoting?
# of booth spaces?

Booth spaces are 10 feet x 10 feet. Some booth spaces are closer to the stages and therefore noisier (but we think it adds more energy!) Choose closer or further, we can't guarantee positioning of your booth, but we will do our best.

Please upload up to 2 really awesome pictures of your product(s). We will be using these to promote your business to the underworld! We prefer square JPGs if ya have them!

Please upload your logo, ideally as a TRANSPARENT PNG or a vector file. If you don't have either of those, a good quality JPG will be fine.

Approved vendors will be supplied a social media package to help us promote the event. We'd love it if you could help us make this years' event the biggest, best and spookiest to date!

This year, we're supporting Simcoe Hall Settlement House. We humbly ask, if you can, please bring a non-perishable food item and/or hygiene items (such as toothpaste, soap, baby wipes) and/or new unwrapped (Christmas) toy to our designated donation drop off point because need is a very scary thing! Thank you.
