BEFORE ATTENDING OSHAWA HALLOWEEN BOO BASH, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:

1. Attend at your own risk. This event contains loud noises, fog effects, strobe lights, simulated blood and sudden surprises.

2. Not recommended for: pregnant individuals, those with heart conditions, seizure disorders, respiratory issues or severe phobias.

3. ABSOLUTELY no touching of scare-actors and cosplayers. Inappropriate or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be trespassed immediately and escorted from the event by law enforcement.

4. ZERO TOLERANCE for inappropriate behaviour caused by excessive consumption of alcohol and/or drugs. You will be trespassed and escorted from the event area by law enforcement.

5. Parental discretion is strongly advised. We’ve done our best to identify the “scare level” of each scare zone and photo OP. Parents and Guardians are responsible to keep their children away from displays or interactions they feel are inappropriate. We offer a ACTOR FREE experience from 1PM - 3PM for our more sensitive and younger guests.

6. By entering the event area, you assume all risks associated with participation. The event operators, employees, City of Oshawa and affiliated individuals and business entities are not responsible for injury, loss or damage of any kind.
